Your content and account
Use ClipPort only with a TikTok account you are authorized to control and with original content you created or otherwise have every necessary right to publish. Do not use it to copy arbitrary content from other platforms, impersonate another person, infringe rights, mislead viewers, distribute unlawful material, or evade TikTok rules.
You decide what is delivered
ClipPort does not post on a schedule, deliver in the background, or automatically retry a failed delivery. You select and preview a local video, then explicitly choose one of two modes. Direct Post sends the editable caption and applicable settings you review in ClipPort. TikTok inbox draft sends only the video; the caption is not transferred, and you must add or paste it, choose every final setting, and press TikTok's own Post control inside TikTok. ClipPort does not alter the selected video or add a promotional watermark.
Music, AI, and commercial disclosures
You are responsible for accurate AI-generated and commercial-content disclosures. For Direct Post, you must agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation before posting. If a Direct Post promotes a third party, you must also agree to TikTok's Branded Content Policy. TikTok does not allow branded content visibility to be set to Only me, so ClipPort blocks that combination. For an inbox draft, you must make all required confirmations and disclosures inside TikTok before you post it. In either mode, you represent that you have necessary music and other intellectual-property rights.
TikTok and service availability
ClipPort uses TikTok's official Content Posting API but is provided by FlavorCode, not TikTok. TikTok controls authorization, creator capabilities, privacy choices, posting limits, moderation, labels, processing, inbox delivery, and final availability. A successful upload does not guarantee publication, public visibility, reach, or processing time. An inbox delivery is a draft, not a published post. Processing may take several minutes or longer.
Data transfer
After your express approval, the selected file travels through ClipPort's relay to TikTok and is not retained by ClipPort. Authorization tokens are held encrypted in browser cookies. Mode-bound encrypted tickets constrain upload and status requests. Review the Privacy Policy for the complete flow.
Acceptable operation
Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse ClipPort; bypass limits or validation; submit malware; expose another person's credentials; or use automated posting that removes a creator's awareness and control. We may restrict access needed to protect creators, the service, TikTok, or others.
No guarantee and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, FlavorCode does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for TikTok's decisions or outages. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for your content, declarations, account, and compliance with applicable law and TikTok terms.
Stopping use and contact
You can stop using ClipPort at any time, disconnect in the app, clear browser cookies, and revoke permission in TikTok. For terms, revocation, or deletion questions, contact hello@sauce101.co.kr.
